With her welcoming demeanour and commitment to client service, she ensures that every client feels comfortable and valued from the moment they walk through the door.
Tracey brings a wealth of experience to Terry Anderssen Lawyers, having dedicated 41 years to the legal industry. She plays a crucial role in supporting Terry and Sophia in delivering high-quality legal services, ensuring seamless administrative and secretarial assistance.
Before joining Terry Anderssen Lawyers, Tracey spent 34 years at a leading international law firm, where she built an extensive career in legal administration and practice management. She began as a Word Processing Operator, where she was responsible for producing complex legal documents for large-scale projects.
Her strong work ethic and expertise led to a promotion to Practice Assistant, followed by another advancement to Practice Executive. In this role, she provided high-level support to partners and Managing Associates, refining her skills in document management, client liaison, and executive support. Prior to this, Tracey worked as a Senior Secretary and Word Processing Supervisor for seven years, further strengthening her ability to manage teams and workflows efficiently.
With a diverse background in legal administration and a keen eye for detail, Tracey brings professionalism, efficiency, and dedication to her role every day.
Outside of work, Tracey is a passionate supporter of the Brisbane Broncos and enjoys cheering them on during the season. She also loves spending quality time with her friends and family.
