How Pay at The End with JustFund Works
- Initial Consultation:
Commence with a complimentary discovery call where we assess your case’s suitability and if we think you may be eligible for Pay at the End through the JustFund option.
- Application Process:
We will refer you to JustFund after assessing whether your case will qualify. You will then commence your application through JustFund. The team at JustFund will then look over your case and review whether funding can be provided for your legal fees.
- Legal Representation:
You can commence being legal represented by our family law Solicitors. JustFund will pay invoices that we issue.
- Settlement:
At the end of your matter, firstly JustFund will be reimbursed the total funding amount applied to your legal fees. This allows you to pay at the end.
We are an accredited law firm with JustFund which means our firm was approved by a risk assessment team to ensure that we provide high level service in family law legal services which helps expedite your application process for funding.
